See how the Matex recruitment process looks like

Step 1

In the first place an application that takes place online. You can now apply – all positions for which we recruit can be found on the website.

Step 2

Then we analyze the applications submitted in terms of qualifications we require for a given position.

Step 3

The next stage is the first conversation, which takes place with an HR department employee. The conversation takes place in a friendly atmosphere and is limited to two meetings.

Step 4

By analyzing the conversation we have completed, we verify the candidate’s skills and competences and invite to the second stage of the conversation. We always return with feedback via phone within 5 business days. 

Step 5

II Conversation – takes place with the Director of the logistics department and the sales department manager. At this stage, we also examine the competence and skills of the potential employee.

Step 6

The last stage of recruitment is to present our job offer to the Candidate. If it is accepted – welcome to the Team!
