Young Masters of Logistics

OUR OUTSTANDING PROGRAMMES FOR YOUNG STUDENTS

Young Masters of Logistics

As part of our CSR initiative, we also work with young engineering graduates who are being trained to become young logistics professionals. We offer them the opportunity to work in our company under the guidance of an experienced team, giving them valuable work experience and helping them to start their careers. This is our commitment to developing young talent and improving the quality of work in the logistics industry.

3 months of practical training

In the first edition of our programme, we invited 5th year pupils from the Faculty of Logistics to take part in a 3-month internship of a theoretical and practical nature. 3 months, 72 hours and 6 specialists – just enough for the graduates to get the wind in their sails and move freely in the industry.

Upon completion of the programme, our graduates will receive:

The chance to work permanently as an employee of Matex Transport

References from the European leader in express transport

A certificate of completion of the programme

Start of the 2nd edition of the programme already in 2024!

Lectures on logistics for 8th graders

At Matex Transport Logistics, we want to ignite a spark of curiosity in young minds, encourage them to discover how supply chains and shipping work, and show them how transport plays a key role in our everyday lives. Our office was visited by a group of eighth-graders who, after a short inspirational talk, had the opportunity to see for themselves what a freight forwarder does and learn the basics of transport and freight forwarding.

We believe that our activities will inspire young people to explore the ins and outs of logistics and transport, and perhaps even lead them to choose a career in this booming industry.  We look forward to seeing more groups of children as the interest in the project has exceeded our expectations!
